Are there any upfront payments for pre-approved HRDC courses?

No. Under the SBL-Khas scheme, once HRD Corp approves your application, the full cost is deducted from your levy balance. Your company pays nothing upfront.

Who leads the Workplace Mental Health syllabus?

Dr. Anje leads it personally. She is a practising medical doctor who adapts real clinical frameworks for the pressures of corporate work.

Do you train at our office or yours?

Either works. Most companies host us on-site, and we can also arrange an external venue if that suits your team better.

Do we receive follow-up advisory support after consultancy sessions?

Yes. We check in with your team for up to 90 days after training to see what's sticking and where you need more support.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing primeorator.my or registering for a Prime Orator training programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for our programmes.

Prime Orator Academy & Consultancy is a brand of iSpring Solutions Sdn Bhd, providing corporate communication training, workplace mental health training, professional grooming training, leadership development, and related consultancy services in Malaysia.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system.

4. Training programme registration

Submitting a registration form on this website is a request to book a place on a training programme; it does not guarantee a confirmed place until we contact you to confirm scheduling, pricing, and any HRD Corp claim details. Specific cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking.

5. HRD Corp claimable programmes

Where a programme is described as HRD Corp claimable, this describes the programme's registration status with HRD Corp under the SBL-Khas scheme at the time of publishing. Final approval of any levy claim rests solely with HRD Corp and is subject to your organisation's own HRD Corp levy account status and HRD Corp's own approval process. Prime Orator facilitates the claim process but does not guarantee approval of any individual claim.
